My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really nice, clean, and comfy, but I was hoping for a larger room. The window air conditioner struggled during hot days in Chicago. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, showing true professionalism. The location was perfect, especially being right by the CTA station for easy downtown access. The dining options were basic but enough to start the day. Overall, a good experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had great and very spacious rooms, with the interesting perk of a view of the el trains. However, during a snowstorm, the draft of air from the window unit made the room quite cold. The service was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay, making my dad's trip to Chicago perfect.
